Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During promotional periods, new product launches, or peak holiday seasons, processing times may be longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to a range of domestic and international destinations. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to that destination at this time.

We may be unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or third-party freight forwarders. Any such restrictions will be noted at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Available shipping options and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and value of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Any applicable promotions, such as free shipping thresholds, will be displayed at checkout.

Oversized and Freight Items

Certain large or heavy items ship via freight or specialty carriers. These shipments may:

  • Require a signature at delivery;
  • Have longer transit times than standard parcel shipping;
  • Be scheduled in advance with the carrier;
  • Be delivered curbside only, with additional services such as inside delivery or assembly available for an extra fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment using the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

If you choose to cancel an order returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the product cost, less the original shipping fee and any return shipping charges incurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or other members of your household;
  2. Look around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, and garages;
  3. Contact the carrier directly to file a missing package inquiry;
  4. If the package cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can assist.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product;
  2. Retain all original packaging materials;
  3. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
